Global Genesis
is an organization of professionals with a proven success record in
assisting organizations improve their performance through their people
power. Our team has combined 44 years of experience in both internal
management and outside consulting and training with organizations of all
sizes, public and private, for profit and not-for profit, encompassing a
spectrum of industry and government and serving a global market. Our

Who We Are:
 Terry D. Taylor, President
Terry received a MA in Educational Psychology from Stanford University
and has worked with several organizations before forming his own
consulting business in 1980. He specializes in strategic planning,
training, and consulting in the arenas of negotiations, conflict
resolution, high performance teamwork, and strategic change
facilitation. Terry has designed and been involved in projects
addressing organizational and cultural change and team-based
manufacturing and management systems. He is a certified instructor for
the Asian version of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”. He
has worked extensively with multi- cultural organizations and in 60
countries around the globe. He also presented at the 2004 Society for
International Training and Research at the University of Indiana. He has
served several years on the expert panel for the Entrepreneurs Workshop
in British Columbia, and San Francisco, sponsored by Social Ventures
Network. He has taught strategic management at the university level, and
has supported strategic change in both for-profit and non-profit
clients. Terry has been involved with the American Society for Training
and Development, the American Educational Research Association, the
American Psychological Association, the Institute for Cultural Affairs
and the Society for International Training and Research.
Genevieve Taylor, Associate
Genevieve Taylor received her BA in Political Science with an emphasis
on International Relations and a minor in Geography at UC Berkeley. She
has been an associate and ‘co-inspirator’ at Global Genesis since 2004,
and specializes in conflict resolution, meeting management, teambuilding
and leadership, and sustainable business development. Her background
includes co-founding the San Francisco Urban Alliance for
Sustainability, and working on other social change projects. She is also
a certified facilitator at an outdoor teambuilding company in Sonoma
County. |
